Open circuit on vac motors or Check vac motor connection at Trio; check this

vac motor wiring. conection down to vac motor & all wiring in

between. Otherwise, possible vac motor fault.

(“thermal” trip). motor; vac motor developing fault; debris in vac

motor or airways blocked by debris.

Vacuum current overload Incorrect programming; incorrectly specified vac

(“magnetic” trip). motor; vac motor developing fault.

Possible short circuit on vac Check vac motor connection at Trio; check this

motor or vac motor wiring conection down to vac motor & all wiring in

between. Otherwise, possible vac motor fault.

Open circuit on traction motor or Check traction motor connection on Trio; check

traction motor wiring. wiring from this connector down to traction

motor & all connections in between. Otherwise,

possible traction motor fault.

Possible short circuit on traction Check traction motor connection on Trio; check

motor or wiring. wiring from this connector down to traction

motor & all connections in between. Otherwise,

possible traction motor fault.

Traction motor current has Excessive driving up incline or machine has

exceeded limit for foldback time. been up against an obstacle or step.

E-stop input active or wiring fault. Check for wiring short circuits on Trio’s 20-way

connector, the LCD’s 16-way connector (if used)
